About
Meet Briony
Personal trainer, lifestyle coach and founder of Club Evolve, working with women who want their health to keep pace with the rest of their life.
Structure, not willpower
Willpower tends to run out midweek, usually around the time a meeting overruns or someone at home needs you. What keeps people training is structure: a plan that works in a busy week as well as a quiet one, check-ins from me so you’re never left wondering what’s next, and a group of women who are juggling the same things you are. That’s the part I look after, so the only thing you need to bring is the willingness to turn up.
My approach
I coach with warmth and structure in equal measure, so you always know what you're doing and why, and you feel supported whether you're new to training or coming back after time away.

Beyond the gym
When I'm not coaching you'll usually find me out running, reading something practical, or planning the next club event, because I try to live the same balance I ask of my clients.
It started with a hill
In 2017 I couldn't get to the top of a fairly small hill near where I lived. I was quite overweight at the time and my asthma was badly controlled, and not being able to make it up was the moment I decided something had to change. It took time, but I got to a healthy size and my asthma is now well controlled, and in 2021 I ran my first race, the London Landmarks 10k, which I went back and ran again in 2026. I qualified as a gym instructor, personal trainer and nutritionist in 2022 because I wanted to help other women make the same kind of change, and what training gives me now is simple: the confidence that if I want to do something, I can.
